Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 September 2026
These terms govern the use of this website and the advisory and concierge services offered under the VisitChinaHelp name, an independent travel-information and planning service operated from the European Union.
1. What this service is — and is not
VisitChinaHelp is an independent, third-party travel advisory and assistance service. We are not a travel agency, not affiliated with any government or embassy, and take no commission from bookings, hotels, or platforms — our only income is the fee you see. Information we publish (including visa and entry rules) is guidance only; always confirm with official sources, which we link wherever possible.
2. Accounts
Creating an account is free. You agree to provide accurate details, to keep your password confidential, and to use the Ask and comment features respectfully. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or spam.
3. Bookings and payment
Paid services (Trip Compass, Arrival Kit, Trip Preparation, On-Trip Concierge) are described on the Services pages. Prices are in EUR. Payment is handled by a named third-party payment provider; we never see or store your card details. The contract is formed when we confirm your booking.
4. Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before work on your booking has started, you receive a full refund. EU consumers additionally have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts; where a service is completed early at your express request, you acknowledge you lose that right once the service is fully performed. Refund timing and any exceptions for already-started preparation work are stated on the service page before checkout.
5. Liability
We provide advice with professional care, but we do not guarantee visa outcomes, entry decisions, or third-party services (hotels, transport, venues), and we are not liable for their acts. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the service concerned; indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish law.
6. Governing law and disputes
Polish law applies. If you are an EU consumer, you also keep every protection granted to you by mandatory consumer law in your home country, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We will always try to settle a dispute by talking first.
7. Changes to these terms
The version in force is the one published here at the time of your booking. Material changes are announced on this page before they take effect.
8. Contact
